Short pamphlet reproducing two documents from the Dominican Communist Party. The first, a communiqué titled “Behind the Electoral Fraud in 1970: We Will Build the Front of the Popular Dictatorship!,” calls for armed struggle and a popular front against the government of Joaquín Belaguer, who had just won a dubious election and would go on to rule as a caudillo. The second, a polemic against Maoists, is titled “The Worshippers of the Chinese Gods, Provoking Sectarianism, and the Anti-Revisionist Campaign.”
