Shirt designed by Undercoverism for Rebels, a subsidiary of streetwear label Undercover by Jun Takahashi. The shirt features a détournement of the iconic NEU! logo, omitting the “Ne”- leaving just the U! as an homage to the band that doubles as an advertisement for Undercover, which has produced many “U” logo t-shirts. Printed on the back of the shirt is a large “2”, from the cover of NEU!’s second album.
A testimony to the enduring inspiration derived from the krautrock band’s pop art pastiche logo.
