A deluxe pamphlet containing full-color facsimiles of a letter written by Barbara Rubin to Jonas Mekas in January of 1966, in which Rubin discusses her upcoming appearance alongside the Velvet Underground in Andy Warhol's "Up-Tight" performance at the Psychiatrist’s Convention at Delmonico’s Hotel on Jan. 27, 1966. Also included is a full-color facsimile of Barbara Rubin's handwritten artists' questionnaire for the Film-Maker's Co-Op, written in 1966, and reproductions of several vintage photographs of Rubin and the Velvet Underground taken by Adam Ritchie ca. 1965-1966.
Printed on a single folded oversize leaf of 105-gsm bamboo paper, housed in letterpress boards.
