Kelso often transformed the club’s layout and look to the specifications of his chosen themes; other notable parties included the Fellini night, Shirley MacLaine’s 50th birthday party, and a Monte Carlo night where the club was transformed into a Casino with a roulette table and decor to rival those of the famous Mediterranean resort.
