Flyer for an after party at Danceteria, set to follow the opening night of Zephyr’s 1984 exhibition at the Fun Gallery. The Fun Gallery was one of the first New York art galleries to showcase street art, effectively introducing graffiti and hip hop artists into the Lower Manhattan arts scene. Zephyr was one of the most prolific graffiti writers of the late 1970s and early ‘80s and a key figure to make a transition into the downtown gallery scene. Illustrated with a drawing of Zephyr’s tag on the reverse side.
