This issue of American mid-century culture magazine “Show” includes a special feature with the New York-based Digger Galahad about “hippiedom” in the Lower East Side, organized and photographed by Larry Clark.
Galahad had been subject of a New York Times profile just a few months earlier. The feature includes an interview with Galahad by Fritz Eager illustrated with photographs by Larry Clark. This interview is some of Clark’s earliest published photographic work - released before the publication of his groundbreaking premiere photobook, Tulsa.
