The Headdress Ball is a legendary annual event held in California from 1975 up until the present day. A drag ball featuring outlandish headdresses, some over 10 feet tall, modeled by queens for a charitable cause. This program from the inaugural event is designed beautifully and printed in purple inks, and based on the inscription, presumably belonged to a judge of the event.
