Recipients of awards include Broadway performer Chita Rivera, actors Liz Torres and Gloria Rojas, Miss Universe 1971 Marisol Malaret, and Angela Cabrera of the governor’s office. Held at the 54th St Hilton Hotel in Manhattan, this celebration also featured performances by Tipica ‘73, Orchestra Novel, and The Latin New York All Star Orchestra.
