New York: The Inbetween, ca. 1960s. Offset flyer printed on recto only. 8 ½ x 11 in. Near fine condition. Item #5583
Flyer advertising the restaurant “The Inbetween” at 206 Sullivan St. to hippie types - “no pinching the mini-skirted waitresses”. The Inbetween was giving away free posters with psychedelic lettering to customers as a promotion. The Inbetween was a late-night dining spot advertising eggs, breakfast, snacks, baked Alaska, and “psychedelicacies”. Scarce document of New York’s hippie scene in the Village.
