From their statement in this first issue, “We have no editor, and no editorial policy… We are encouraging all members of our community, no matter what their political orientation, to work with us in making this a genuine community newspaper.”

A smaller, largely forgotten paper out of the Midwest, offering community engagement during the early 1970s, along with broader political viewpoints.
