Flyer for an early-career performance by the American avant-garde composer and performance artist Diamanda Galás. Hosted at the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art as part of The Festival of the New Arts, Galás performed “Wild Woman with Steakknives” and “Panoptikon,” the latter of which contains an excerpt from Michel Foucault’s Discipline and Punish in the program notes.
