New York: Pathfinder Press, 1971. Staplebound pamphlet, 15 pp., 5 ½ x 8 ½ in. Very good condition with some discoloration and withering on spine.
Documenting an important moment in the history of the modern Anglophone Caribbean and
the international character of the Black Power movement, this pamphlet contains three
reported essays about the 1970 Black Power protests in Trinidad. Written by socialists Tony
Thomas and John Riddell, respectively, two essays directly address the protests, while the third is about Canadian imperialism in the West Indies.
