This is the eleventh issue of the English punk zine, founded by Charlie Chainsaw in 1977. It features colorful cover art by M.J. Weller, who also designed the sleeve of David Bowie’s American edition of The Man Who Sold The World LP. There are interviews with English punk band Blurt and the band Surgical Penis Klinik.
